My friend Catherine Brown, who has created a B2B networkingecosystem called theThe Good Humans Growth Network, has acquired theNational Business Development Association (NBDA). NBDA exists to train sales development reps, business development reps, and account managers to sell B2B products and services. Through their annual membership, individuals can receive sales training, learn how to ask for referrals for sales leads, and tap into a wider network of B2B sellers who share business development best practices. Additionally, NBDA is a place where companies can share job postings under the โJobs'' tab atnbda.co.We know that one of the difficult challenges in the B2B space is finding great salespeople. As NBDA trains sellers, they will alleviate the strain of this global hiring problem by creating a robust database and network of B2B sellers.

My experience tells me that #sales professionals who receive regular training and development opportunities tend to feel more engaged and satisfied with their roles. A study by CSO Insights found that organisations that provide continuous training for their sales teams achieve 12% higher win rates compared to those that do not.Think about your team budget...how much have you allocated to regular training and let me be more specific...sales training?None more than likely, am I right ๐กI remember when leading sales teams that year on year the self development/training budget reduced and reduced and reduced, until it was an extinct line item in the T&R.Yet the business has allocated budget for marketing campaigns, events, product launches and expos...expecting your sellers to maximise any opportunities off the back of this ๐คI'd suggest it's time to think a little differently and reach out to the #lubricant sector #salestrainer and discuss how you might get a part of that 12% uplift in win rates.#salessuccess #salestraining
